Unexpected laundry dilemma

The staff were really good too help. They contacted a sister hotel so we could do laundry when the facility broke down.

Unfortunately, the laundry machine was out of order, and the manager was unresponsive, causing us extra hassle before an important weekend.

Clean room, friendly staff, the breakfast offered a good variety of options including fresh fruit and pastries. The convenient location made it easy to explore the area.

Check-in delays were frustrating!!! Late-night noise disturbances made restful sleep elusive. Water pressure in showers was disappointing, impacting comfort. The dirty grout in bathrooms is an eyesore to improve!!!

What a very nice stay, no complains at all. Everything was great here - super-friendly staff and updated rooms. Beautiful building and rooms with a king bed. TV set, a microwave oven and a refrigerator were convenient.

Got to say, the staff was very nice especially Bubba, he just. He gets it, like really gets it.

Sure it cost a bit but honestly, worth every penny for the comfort and care.

The location was comfy and quiet, for example, Tanger Outlet Center was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The room with a king bed.

We enjoyed a very nice stay with friendly staff and efficient check-in, making it easy for us to explore nearby attractions like the Wheels of Yesteryear, just about 700 meters away, and enjoy quality meals at IHOP, just steps from the hotel.

A solid choice for a short getaway! Enjoyed our clean and spacious room along with a cute staff. Free breakfast was an added bonus. Note that this place isn't directly on the beach, but it's conveniently across from the outlets. Great for families, but some noise from other guests was occasionally bothersome.

Perfect Spot for Families

The staff was super friendly, they even let us check in early! Got a comfy king room with a sofa bed, and honestly, for the price, it was a solid deal.

The non-smoking king oversized room was spacious with a tv, microwave, and refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well. The staff was friendly and allowed us an early check-in. Breakfast included mini omelettes and fresh fruits. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and fitness center for relaxation. Really though the location was convenient, right across from the outlets for shopping.

The room had a modern feel, nice furnishings, and was overall clean. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room nice and cool. Breakfast options were fantastic with a variety of choices like waffles, oatmeal, and yogurt. I appreciated the early check-in my family received after a stressful day. The staff, especially Bubba and Jodi, were helpful and provided a warm reception. They even arranged a room at a better rate for our next visit for a family event. There were a few issues. The fitness center could use better equipment, and the pool wasn't as clean as I hoped. Noise from other guests at night made it somewhat difficult to sleep peacefully. The friendly service and breakfast options made up for some of the inconveniences I faced.

Comfortable Stay with Great Dining Options

The staff were accommodating, especially Clyde, who helped us check in last minute. A highlight was the nearby Grumpy Monk for delicious food. Make sure to explore the fun attractions within walking distance too!
